First-home story

Tyler & Gabby

Purchased a brand new home with peace of mind, room to grow, and long-term value potential.

  • Wanted to stay on the north side, but tight first-time-buyer budget and a lease ending soon.
  • Nervous about older-home inspections — pivoted to new construction in Whitestown.
  • Under contract on a brand new home within a month, building equity from day one.
Tyler & Gabby — first home

The full story

Tyler and Gabby came into the process wanting to stay on the north side of Indianapolis, but with a first-time buyer budget and a lease ending in just a few months, they were starting to feel discouraged by the options available. On top of that, they were especially nervous about the inspection process and the unknowns that can come with older homes. After talking through their priorities, I suggested we explore a direction they hadn’t considered before: new construction in Whitestown. They were open to the idea, and within a month they were under contract on a brand new home that gave them peace of mind, fewer immediate maintenance concerns, and the ability to start building equity right away. Since moving in, they’ve started a family there and have slowly made the home their own through cosmetic updates and projects over time.
